The Digital Ministry Model is a framework for discipleship in the digital world.
Just as churches intentionally guide people from first-time visitors to active disciples, the Digital Ministry Model creates a pathway for people who first encounter your church online. It helps you intentionally engage seekers, build trust, deepen relationships, encourage spiritual growth, and invite people into a life of discipleship—using digital tools to support each step of the journey.
Rather than treating your website, social media, email, livestreams, and other digital resources as separate ministries, the Digital Ministry Model brings them together into one intentional strategy. Every piece of your digital presence works together to help people move closer to God and deeper into Christian community, whether they connect online, in person, or both.
A digital ministry isn't simply about having a website or social media presence. It's about meeting people where they already are.
Since 2020, our lives have become increasingly digital. People look online first when they're searching for hope, community, answers, or a church to connect with. A healthy digital ministry extends your congregation's mission beyond the walls of your building by creating meaningful opportunities for people to engage with your church throughout the week.
The goal isn't just to attract more in-person visitors—although that certainly happens. Digital ministry is its own mission field. It allows your church to disciple, encourage, teach, and care for people wherever they are, whether they ever walk through your doors or not. By consistently showing up online with intentional content and authentic connection, your church can make disciples in places your physical campus may never reach.
In the digital world, the size of your congregation doesn't determine the size of your impact.
A small church can reach people just as effectively online as a large church because digital ministry isn't limited by your building's seating capacity, your geographic location, or even your budget. With the right strategy, your church can share hope, build relationships, provide discipleship, and serve your community far beyond Sunday morning.
In fact, many people are looking for the authenticity, personal connection, and sense of belonging that small churches do best. A thoughtful digital ministry helps them discover your church, engage with your message, and begin building relationships long before they ever visit in person.
Your church may be small—but your mission doesn't have to be.
That's perfectly okay. You don't need to start from scratch.
Many churches come to us with an existing website, and we'll help you determine the best path forward during your initial consultation. In many cases, we recommend moving your website to our platform because website hosting is included in our service packages, eliminating the need for separate hosting fees. Your church simply continues to maintain ownership of its domain name through your preferred domain registrar.
If you'd rather keep your current website, that's an option too. For example, churches using our entry-level package often create a focused one-page website that serves as a "Plan Your Visit" page, event landing page, or ministry outreach page while their primary website remains unchanged.
Our goal isn't to sell you a new website—it's to help you create a digital ministry that best supports your church's mission. Together, we'll explore the options and recommend the solution that makes the most sense for your congregation.
We understand that many churches operate with limited financial resources. That's why we've created flexible options to help churches build a thriving digital ministry without placing additional strain on their budgets.
One of our most unique solutions is our Church Sponsorship Program. If someone in your congregation owns a business, they can sponsor your church by using our business marketing platform. As they grow their business with our all-in-one marketing tools, your church receives its Digital Ministry System at no additional cost.
It's a win-win: the business owner gains powerful tools to grow their business, and your church receives the digital ministry resources it needs to reach and disciple more people.
If a sponsorship isn't the right fit, we'll work with you to explore other options that align with your church's goals and budget.
You don't need a technology expert to have an effective digital ministry.
We do the heavy lifting by designing, building, and configuring your digital ministry system with your input, so you can focus on what you do best—making disciples and caring for your congregation.
When you're ready, we'll train your staff and volunteers to confidently use the tools that matter most. One of our core values is empowering churches for ministry, not creating dependence on us. That's why we provide ongoing support, easy-to-follow training resources, and access to our online community whenever you need help.
Whether you're comfortable with technology or just getting started, we'll walk alongside you every step of the way.
